Finca Contrabando.com markets the rental of rural tourist apartments in Sanlúcar del Guadiana. When do I sign the contract? In tourist apartments, a Mandatory Internal Regulations is available to clients at the reception. Security deposit. The security deposit may reach a maximum amount of €300.00, and it will be returned within 48 hours in cash or by transfer once the apartment has been inspected. Our CANCELLATION POLICY is as follows: The reservation is formalized with a deposit of 30% of the total rent, and the rest will be charged on the day of arrival. Cancellation of the reservation entails a penalty of the full reservation deposit. Any cancellation or modification of reservations must be communicated by email through our contact form.
